We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bank Sales Officer for our client in Thanjavur. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves promoting and selling banking products to meet defined targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year to maximum of 3 years of experience in bank sales.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently (Mandatory skill).
• Strong marketing skills with a focus on customer acquisition (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in promoting gold loans to potential customers.
• Experience with CLAP (Credit Linked Automation Platform) procedures.
• Familiarity with LAP (Loan Against Property) processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a competitive environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through market research and targeted sales strategies.
• Promote and sell a variety of banking products, including gold loans and loans against property.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Engage with existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on the latest banking products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies during all customer interactions.
