We are seeking a talented and driven Bank Sales Officer to join our team in Dharmapuri, Salem, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Rayakottai, Bargur, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Bank Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our various financial products and services to customers. Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Any degree in related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our range of financial products and services, including home loans, CLAP, business loans, gold loans, and other finance options
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bank
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously improve product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights
