Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Assistant Professor in Computer Science & Engineering to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, research expertise, and a passion for teaching. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, guiding student research, and contributing to the academic and research excellence of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science & Engineering.
• Develop and deliver curriculum, course materials, and assessments in alignment with the university's standards.
• Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research work, and career development.
• Conduct high-quality research, publish in reputed journals/conferences, and secure research grants.
• Participate in departmental activities, faculty meetings, and curriculum development.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations and contribute to the university's research initiatives.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and administrative responsibilities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Computer Science & Engineering and incorporate them into teaching and research.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field. Candidates with an M.Tech./M.E. with significant teaching and research experience may also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 0–3 years (for entry-level positions); prior teaching experience is an advantage.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in core areas like Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Software Engineering.
• Research & Publications: A strong record of research, publications in reputed journals/conferences, and experience in research project execution.
• Communication & Teaching Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Software & Tools: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and tools related to AI, ML, and cloud technologies.
• Commitment to Student Success: Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in software development, AI/ML, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity).
• Experience in securing research grants and working on funded projects.
