We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and Quality Management Systems, and will have experience in driving quality improvements across all functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in Statistical Process Control for monitoring and controlling quality during production.

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 7.5

• Strong analytical skills for conducting effective Root Cause Analysis to determine underlying issues
• Skilled in using Auditing Tools to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Experienced in CAPA to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all processes meet quality standards
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey quality-related information across teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain and improve product and service quality
• Implement and manage Quality Management Systems across the organization
• Lead quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
• Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA to resolve identified issues
• Train and mentor staff in quality assurance practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into all operational functions
• Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance and propose strategies for improvement
