Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:

·       Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals

·       Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company

·       Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved

·       Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs

·       Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform

·       Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs

·       Track customer proposals through to conversion

Requirements

·         Age 24-38 years

·         Graduate(10+2+3)

·          Presently working

·          2 years of field sales experience

·         Staying in the same city for more than 2 years

·         Good stability.

·         Should be from a structured organization with proper documents & salary proof.
