The Retail Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a retail sales and marketing plan that will achieve maximum market penetration and market share for Evergreen Seamless Pipes and Tubes Pvt. Ltd. in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops plans to achieve retail sales and marketing objectives

Creates and implements strategies to increase market share

Develops/implements retail sales and marketing programs, including advertising, promotions, and public relations

Monitors competitive activity and recommends response

Evaluates customer needs and develops plans to satisfy them

Oversees the design and production of sales and marketing materials

Manages customer service function

Requirements:

Graduate. in Business Administration, Engineering or any relevant field 

3-5 years of experience in a managerial role in a retail setting 

Piping industry experience is preferred 

Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
