1) Talent acquisition and Talant Management - Responsible for end to end Recruitment & Selection all procedures of all our plant

2) Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. 

3) Sourcing and attracting - Hiring candidates by using databases or other sources as per the company requirement of all positons of all our unit including contractual manpower. 

4) Scheduling, Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions, 

5) Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 

6) Understanding the positions and Hiring accordingly, 

7) Providing recruitment reports to team managers.(

8) Preparing JD, KRA KPI to all employee of T Block / moshi / markal /maval and chennai employees. 

9) Before joining employee make JD,KRA,and KPI & take sign of that particular employee 

10) Appointment letter / confirmation letter have to issue in time and maintain all documents in the personal files and complete all joining formalities 

11) Induction procedure and program have to implement at all plant.
