Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team at JUZZ-IT. This is an entry-level position suitable for Freshers with 0 to 1 years of experience. As an HR Recruiter Intern, you'll be part of a vibrant team responsible for supporting various HR functions. The position offers flexibility with options for full-time, part-time, remote, and internship engagements. Job locations include Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mysuru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Lucknow.


  • Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable as it aids in identifying and sourcing potential candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment and hiring process efficiently.
  • Experience in using sourcing tools to identify and attract high-potential candidates from various channels.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance of candidate searches.
  • Ability to use CRM software to manage candidate relationship and maintain engagement effectively.
  • Candidate screening to assess applicant qualifications and suitability for various roles (Mandatory skill).
  • Talent pipeline development to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in employer branding to communicate the values and culture of JUZZ-IT effectively (Mandatory skill).


  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various channels and tools to source potential candidates and maintain an updated talent pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for available positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewing teams.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote JUZZ-IT’s culture and opportunities.
  • Support the HR team in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and workshops to enhance sourcing efforts.
