Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Just Chill in Indore. This full-time, junior-level position requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful execution of our diverse HVAC projects, utilizing cutting-edge technology and methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation in project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes is essential to visualize and plan HVAC systems effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Microsoft Project to manage and track project schedules, resources, and progress (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of budgets and cost control to ensure project delivery within financial constraints (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 for advanced project scheduling and resource management is required.
• Proven competency in risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks effectively.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to enhance process efficiency and minimize waste in project execution.
• Experience in quality assurance to maintain the highest standards in project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create and manage data-rich digital representations of physical spaces.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the design and implementation of HVAC projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project phases.
• Conduct detailed project planning and scheduling to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
• Apply sound engineering principles and practices to solve project-related challenges.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and quality to ensure objectives are met.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
