Role Overview:

The Sales Girl is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maximizing sales at the front counter of the Jus Jumpin Kids Trampoline Park in Kolkata. This energetic role involves greeting guests, processing admissions and payments, promoting park offerings, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

- Warmly welcome guests to the park and provide a friendly, engaging experience

- Answer customer inquiries regarding park activities, pricing, policies, and schedules

- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

- Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with guests

Sales and Cashiering:

- Process sales transactions for admissions, party bookings, retail items, and other offerings

- Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and reconcile cash drawers

- Actively promote and upsell park attractions, party packages, and retail products

- Achieve and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators

Administrative Tasks:

- Manage booking reservations and coordinate party/event logistics as needed

- Maintain organized records of sales data, inventory levels, and customer information

- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting

- Support with light administrative duties such as answering phones and filing

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role (preferred)

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic mathematical abilities and cash handling experience

- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Energetic and outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for working with people

- Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities

- Knowledge of the local area and community (preferred)

Additional Desirable Qualities:

- Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially local languages)

- Experience in the family entertainment or hospitality industry

- Basic understanding of marketing and promotional techniques

- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

- Commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain a database of existing clients who have previously booked birthday parties or events at the park

- Proactively reach out to these clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to promote upcoming party packages and special offers

- Build and nurture positive relationships with recurring clients and their families

- Gather feedback from past party hosts to improve services and offerings

Party Booking and Coordination:

- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about party packages, pricing, inclusions, and customization options

- Assist clients in selecting suitable party packages based on their requirements and budget

- Coordinate party logistics such as date/time, guest count, catering needs, and any special requests

- Ensure all party bookings are properly documented and communicated to relevant teams

Up-selling and Cross-selling:

- Actively promote additional party enhancements, such as decorations, entertainment, or retail items

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other park offerings, such as annual passes or group events, to party hosts and guests

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all park promotions and specials to effectively market them to clients

Post-Event Follow-up:

- Conduct post-event follow-ups with party hosts to gather feedback and address any concerns

- Leverage positive feedback for testimonials and referrals to attract new party bookings

- Analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement in party services and offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
