ROLE TITLE : Senior Counsel – Legal

ROLE PURPOSE : Familiar in Civil, Litigation, Criminal cases

REPORTS TO - Chief Financial Officer

EXPERIENCE - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

QUALIFICATION - LLB/LLM – Should be from top Law School

LOCATION - Bangalore

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Core Expertise:

•  Proven hands-on experience in corporate litigations, including:
• Arbitration proceedings
• Civil Court matters
• High Court matters
• Recovery proceedings
• NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) matters
• Sec 138 proceedings
• Title disputes
•  Capable of independently leading and managing Legal Due Diligence processes for potential investments and acquisitions.
•  Demonstrated ability to handle all litigation matters for the parent company as well as for its portfolio/investee companies.

 Additional Credentials:

• Past experience in working closely with Senior Advocates.
• A track record of favorable legal outcomes in key matters.
