Position: Site Engineer

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Qualification: B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Experience: 0-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Surveys & Feasibility Analysis:

• Conduct site surveys for solar rooftop and ground-mounted installations.
• Assess feasibility, shadow analysis, and structural suitability.
• Prepare detailed site survey reports with accurate measurements and observations.

2. System Design & Technical Detailing:

• Provide precise layout planning and structural detailing for solar panel installations.
• Work with the design team to optimize system efficiency based on site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.

3.  Material Coordination & Execution Support:

• Verify material requirements based on site survey reports.
• Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team to ensure timely material delivery.
• Assist installation teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting during execution.

4. Project Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain proper documentation of all site surveys, technical details, and approvals.
• Submit daily and weekly reports on site progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical components, and structural assessments.
• Proficiency in using survey tools, design software, and reporting systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
