Position Overview:

Junna Solar Systems Limited is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Project Engineer - Solar to manage solar rooftop project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, handling material dispatch, coordinating campaigns, ensuring timely project completion, and achieving operational targets. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and proficiency in solar rooftop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Project Coordination

• Lead, train, and support a team of project executives to ensure smooth execution of solar rooftop projects.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular project meetings and follow-ups for progress tracking.
• Ensure smooth communication between project teams and internal departments.

2. Technical Support & Training

• Provide technical training to the project team.
• Assist in site surveys and system design guidance.
• Address technical queries and provide on-site solutions.
• Conduct monthly training sessions for performance improvement.

3. Material Dispatch & Logistics Management

• Coordinate with logistics for timely material dispatch.
• Track material movement and update the project team.
• Ensure accurate BOM dispatch in coordination with the store in charge.
• Resolve any dispatch-related issues for smooth project execution.

4. Project Execution & Quality Assurance

• Oversee site execution to ensure quality installations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Work with the engineering team for project feasibility and design optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve solar project issues.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and analyze execution efficiency.
• Ensure 90% achievement of assigned operational targets.

6. Bankers and Financial Support

• Assist in finance documentation and customer financing.
• Follow up with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Coordinate with financial institutions for project funding.
• Support customers in availing subsidies and financial incentives.
