Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven male Junior Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is pivotal in driving sales and expanding our market presence across Chennai, Coimbatore, and Thiruvallur. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales and a strong background in both B2B and B2C environments, utilizing their skills to foster customer relationships and close deals effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven closing skills (Mandatory skill), demonstrating the ability to finalize deals efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales (Mandatory skill), with a track record of developing business by engaging with other businesses and establishing strong partnerships.
- Field sales expertise (Mandatory skill), with a willingness to engage directly with customers and work in diverse environments to achieve sales objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills, essential for securing favorable terms and enhancing company profitability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively conveying product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, focusing on maintaining and strengthening client interactions for sustained success.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Experience in B2C sales, understanding consumer behaviors and leveraging this knowledge to drive product adoption and sales growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue goals.

- Coordinate with product teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
