Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven male candidates for the role of Sales Executive at J Technologies India Private Limited. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who will be placed in Chennai or Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and interested in working in a dynamic field that involves B2B interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales (Mandatory skill): The ability to effectively promote and sell products to various customer segments with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- B2B (Mandatory skill): Experience or knowledge in business-to-business sales, understanding their demands and negotiating deals effectively.
- Field sales (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in meeting clients in the field and executing face-to-face sales processes to drive business growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and actions clearly to clients and team members.
- Negotiation: Capability to negotiate terms positively while maintaining a professional relationship, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- B2C: Familiarity with business-to-consumer sales models, understanding retail dynamics and customer behavior.
- Marketing: Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies to promote products effectively and creatively.
- Male: The position has specific gender requirements based on business needs and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients, establishing strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
- Execute a variety of sales techniques and strategies to increase the company's product footprint, expanding the customer base.
- Travel within assigned territories to meet customers and provide a comprehensive presentation of our product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements in line with company policies.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to impart credible and competitive information to clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
- Prepare thorough sales reports, documenting call outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for management review.
- Attend and participate in relevant industry events and seminars to foster networking and knowledge expansion.
