- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems to manage and evaluate applications efficiently.
- Ability to utilize LinkedIn recruiting for reaching out to a broad pool of potential candidates.
- Skilled in Boolean search techniques for precisely filtering candidate databases and resumes.
- Hands-on experience with interview scheduling tools to coordinate and streamline interview appointments.
- Proficient in using resume screening tools to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
