  • Experience with job posting platforms to effectively advertise job openings and attract suitable candidates.
  • Talent sourcing expertise is essential for identifying and engaging potential candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems to manage and evaluate applications efficiently.
  • Ability to utilize LinkedIn recruiting for reaching out to a broad pool of potential candidates.
  • Skilled in Boolean search techniques for precisely filtering candidate databases and resumes.
  • Hands-on experience with interview scheduling tools to coordinate and streamline interview appointments.
  • Proficient in using resume screening tools to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting efforts by understanding job requirements and crafting compelling job advertisements.
  • Screen resumes and applications ensuring that shortlisted candidates meet the necessary qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with essential details for a smooth interview process.
