Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience to enter the HR field within the electronics industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting human resources initiatives, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing HR processes and systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using HRIS software to manage employee data efficiently.
- Understanding of payroll management systems to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance to maintain lawful HR practices.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities to effectively handle workplace disputes and maintain a harmonious environment.
- Experience with data analytics for HR to make informed decisions that drive company performance.
- Expertise in employee onboarding to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with performance management systems to support employee development and appraisals (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing effective recruitment plans to meet staffing needs.
- Manage onboarding procedures to help new employees acclimate to the company environment.
- Support the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and ensure compliance with performance management frameworks.
- Oversee and process payrolls, including all associated administrative and compliance tasks.
- Maintain updated employee records and HR databases using HRIS software.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts and foster positive employee relations.
- Compile and analyze HR data for reporting purposes and strategic decision-making.
