Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at j technologies india private limited in Chennai. This is a full-time position at the fresher level, ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining our GPS and electronic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have experience in field installation and maintenance of GPS devices (Mandatory skill).
• Must demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Global Positioning System (GPS) technology (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of basic electronics principles and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting processes to diagnose and fix device malfunctions swiftly.
• Experience setting up IoT devices, especially in relation to vehicle tracking and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of sensors used in electronic and tracking devices to ensure accurate installations.
• Ability to work with various tracking devices for installation and service, ensuring high performance.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact and solve problems with clients on-site.
