Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team at our Chennai location. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to develop their skills in business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our business relationships and driving sales growth through dynamic fieldwork and direct sales efforts.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have field work experience, engaging with clients directly and actively in their environments (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in direct sales, with the capability to convert prospects into customers through face-to-face interaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales processes to foster partnerships and strategic alliances (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability in lead generation approaches to identify potential customers and create new sales opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maintain profitable customer relationships.
  • Initiative in new business development to continuously identify and pursue key opportunities for growth.
  • Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, understanding consumer behaviors and preferences to tailor solutions.
  • Male candidates preferred to align with specific business requirements and client engagement strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B and B2C channels in the electronics industry.
  • Conduct field visits and direct sales activities to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and engagement with potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
