Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join our team at J Technologies India Private Limited. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Thiruvallur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships within the specified regions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in business development or related field.
- Proven experience in field sales with a clear understanding of sales processes (Mandatory skill).
- Strong expertise in B2B sales initiatives and strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in B2C marketing tactics to reach and engage potential consumers effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in business development strategies to propel the company’s growth.
- Experience in sales management to oversee and guide sales teams towards achieving objectives.
- Strong client relationship skills to build and maintain lasting partnerships.
