Job Overview

We are seeking to hire a Central Drum Flexo Printing Operator for our Comexi 8-color gearless CI printing machine. As a Flexo Printing Operator, you will handle flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. You will be responsible for setting up the press, ensuring its smooth operation, and conducting routine maintenance. Your role is critical to the production process, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flexographic printing operations.
• Proficiency in mounting plates and mixing inks.
• Knowledge of machine setup and calibration for high-quality printing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues efficiently.
• Experience in maintaining and cleaning the printing machine.
• Understanding of color matching and quality control.
• Familiarity with flexible packaging materials and processes.

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.

Note: The operator will have two assistants to support them in their tasks.
