JR Laddha Financial Services is a leading advisory and wealth management firm committed to delivering insightful financial strategies through data-driven research. We are looking for a passionate intern who can transform complex financial data into interactive and visually engaging insights.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations for financial data.

● Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Canva to prepare reports and infographics for presentations.

● Collaborate with research analysts to extract key insights from financial models.

● Support automation of research workflows using basic coding/scripting or AI tools (e.g., Python, ChatGPT, Excel Macros).

● Contribute to storytelling through data to enhance investor communication and strategic decisions.

● Research financial market trends and assist in preparing investor education materials.

Requirements:

● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts).

● Proficiency in Canva and/or similar design platforms for visual storytelling.

● Exposure to Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

● Basic coding ability (e.g., Python, R, VBA) or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel Copilot).

● Strong interest in financial markets, investment analysis, or corporate finance.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Background:

● Pursuing/completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

● Coursework or certifications in data visualization, financial modeling, or research analysis are a bonus.
