Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior-level Senior Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of work experience in the financial services industry. This is a full-time employment opportunity requiring strong analytical and financial skills. The candidate will be instrumental in supporting the team in various projects, liaising with stakeholders, and enhancing overall productivity through effective data analysis and financial modeling.

Job Description

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring high-quality and accurate insights for decision-making.
• Strong skills in financial modeling for deriving actionable business strategies. (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for efficient data management and analysis. (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to manage projects with clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations for successful completion.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and relay potential solutions.
• Hands on experience in drafting of DRHP, liaisoning with BSE, NSE, SEBI and co- ordinating with intermediaries.
• Data mining and analysis to support strategic decision- making focusing on Private Equity (PE), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and IPO.
• To conduct sector research to identify and evaluate potential companies for IPO, PE & M&A and setting up engagement.
• Develop and present the pitch books and marketing collateral including teasers, information memorandum, financial modeling to attract and engage potential clients and investors.
• To be a part of engagement team in due diligence process, to assess target companies’ financials. 

Qualification

CA / CFA / CS/ MBA preferred
