We are seeking a skilled and innovative *Shopify App Developer* to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications for the Shopify ecosystem. You will be responsible to create apps that enhance store functionality and improve the overall user experience for merchants.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify apps, both private and public, using Shopify's API frameworks.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance Shopify store functionalities.

- Collaborate with the management to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure apps comply with Shopify’s guidelines and are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing apps and provide technical support to users.

- Stay updated with Shopify's latest features, API updates, and best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation, including app functionality, usage instructions, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

- Programming Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Python.

- Shopify API Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify REST and GraphQL APIs.

- Database Management: Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other database systems.

- UI/UX Skills: Understanding of Shopify Polaris design system and ability to create user-friendly interfaces.

- Version Control: Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience developing apps listed on the Shopify App Store.

- Knowledge of eCommerce workflows, payment gateways, and integrations.

- Familiarity with server-side technologies.

- Strong understanding of security practices in app development.
