Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales
Specialist for compliance services, you will be responsible for selling a range of compliance solutions
including BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification, ISO (International Organization for
Standardization) certification, trademark registration, company incorporation services, ISI (Indian
Standards Institution) certification, EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance, and LLP
(Limited Liability Partnership) registration.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business: Identify and prospect potential clients who require compliance services.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Consultative selling: Understand clients'; specific compliance needs and provide them with tailored
solutions. Educate clients on the benefits of obtaining various certifications, registrations, and
compliance services.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring
high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests in
a timely and professional manner.
Service knowledge: Stay updated on the latest industry regulations, standards, and compliance
requirements related to BIS, ISO, trademark, company incorporation, ISI, EPR, and LLP. Continuously
enhance your understanding of the services offered by our organization.
Sales presentations and proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential
clients. Create detailed proposals outlining the scope of services, pricing, and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution
of compliance services. Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to align messaging
and support sales efforts.
Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and customer
preferences. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Sales reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
opportunities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the
management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the compliance services industry.
Strong understanding of compliance services like BIS, ISO, trademark, company incorporation, ISI,
EPR, and LLP etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
