Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in CDSCO Medical Device and Cosmetics Sales. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, focusing on compliance services within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and medical device sectors. The role involves driving sales initiatives by leveraging market insights and compliance expertise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Regulatory compliance knowledge to ensure alignment with industry standards and requirements (Mandatory skill).
- Market research and analysis capability to identify and capitalize on emerging sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in salesforce effectiveness for strategic planning and targeted sales outcomes (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical sales strategies to enhance market reach and influence.
- Proven proficiency in CRM software for efficient sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Expertise in networking and relationship building to foster long-term connections with stakeholders.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions to tailor sales approaches and solutions effectively.
- In-depth product knowledge in pharmaceuticals to effectively communicate value and benefits to clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting medical devices and cosmetics sectors.
- Interact with clients to provide insights into compliance services and leverage regulatory knowledge to close deals.
- Conduct thorough market research to anticipate trends, identify potential areas for expansion, and refine sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage client relationships, sales performance metrics, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings based on client needs and industry regulations.
- Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and sales prospects.
- Report on sales performance regularly and provide insights to refine future sales initiatives and approaches.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market developments and enhance professional networks.
Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, 110063
Working Arrangement: 5 days a week, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
