If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to help businesses navigate the complex world of compliance. You'll be the bridge between our expert compliance services and the businesses that need them, driving our sales efforts and contributing to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Uncover new business opportunities through innovative sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their compliance needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our services.
• Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and compliance teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Recent B.Com graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Industry Experience: Experience in banking or the compliance industry is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
