·         3-6 years of Relevant experience in automation testing

·         Expertise in test automation tools. Preferably UFT. Additional knowledge of Selenium is good to have

·         Expertise in creating and managing automation test framework

·         Strong knowledge of scripting language (VBScript or JavaScript)

·         Strong working knowledge of developing and executing automation test cases

·         Should have experience in defect analysis and management

·         Sound knowledge of test management tools preferably ALM and JIRA

·         Knowledge of the CI/CD tool (Jenkins) is desirable

·         Knowledge of TDD is good to have

·         Ability to learn quickly and work with less guidance

·         Self-Motivated / Team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

·         Must be flexible, adaptable, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Ability to work in a demanding user environment.

·         Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

·         Willingness to work on rotational shifts.
