Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, language, motor, and social development. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with educational objectives.
2. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a well-organized and child-friendly learning environment. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages active participation and cooperation.
3. Instruction and Teaching: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using a variety of instructional methods, including storytelling, games, art, music, and play-based activities. Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in young learners.
4. Individualized Attention: Observe and assess children's progress, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and individual learning needs. Provide individualized support, encouragement, and guidance to facilitate each child's development and learning.
5. Parent Communication: Establish open and effective communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress, behavior, and achievements. Collaborate with parents to address any concerns and promote parental involvement in their child's education.
6. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment by implementing appropriate safety measures, hygiene practices, and child protection policies. Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain accurate records of incidents.
7. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies. Prepare progress reports and communicate assessment outcomes to parents or guardians.
8. Professional Development: Stay updated with current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education. Attend workshops, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
