We have an exciting job opportunity at Jorie Health Private Limited, a growing Technology driven US Healthcare (KPO) based in Mohali, Punjab.

Job Description:

        ·           Complete knowledge of GST Filings, Advance tax filings, Income tax filings and the full fledge finance compliances

 

        ·           Collect constant feedback from the partners and work with Jorie team to lay down the requirements and enhancements required

 

        ·           Knowledge of Financial compliances for private limited organizations.

        ·           Ensure consistent performance reporting, detailing seller satisfaction, complaints and improvements feedback to the senior management

        ·           Execute the complete acquisition, closure & sign-up formalities.

        ·           Serve as the lead point of contact for all enterprise account management matters

        ·           Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to enterprise partner needs and objectives

        ·           Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

        ·           Knowledge of monthly budget creation and submission to corporate office

 

 

 

Skills and Experience Required:

        ·           Graduation diploma or its equivalent

        ·           Knowledge of Tally & QuickBooks

        ·           Prior Enterprise Sales and Support in the Fintech, FMCG, Telecom, or Banking sector

        ·           Flexibility with office timing depending upon business requirements

        ·           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

        ·           High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

        ·           Knowledge of customer success processes.

        ·           Experience in document creation.
