<ul><li>Coordinate with vendors</li><li>Track orders and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)</li><li>Conduct market research to identify pricing trends</li><li>Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices</li><li>Prepare&nbsp;purchase&nbsp;order(PO)</li><li>Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts</li><li>Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders</li><li>Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Customer Relationship Management:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain regular communication with key international clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Address and resolve any client queries or concerns promptly.</li><li>Sales Order Management:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prioritize and execute sales orders as per the guidance of the reporting manager.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Keep customers updated on the status of their orders and coordinate the dispatch of samples as required.</li><li>Documentation and Compliance:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.</li><li>Performance Monitoring:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct daily and weekly reviews of actual vs. planned sales and dispatches.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Investigate any variances and escalate issues as necessary.</li><li>Inventory and Logistics Coordination:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain optimal inventory levels at customer and transporter locations.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment deliveries.</li><li>Reporting and Analysis:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Generate and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Submit all necessary reports to top management by the designated deadlines.</li><li>Team Collaboration:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Work closely with internal departments, including production, quality control, and dispatch teams, to ensure smooth operations.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Support colleagues as needed to achieve team and organizational goals.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in export sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
