Key Responsibility 


 Familiarizing yourself with all products and

services offered by our company.

 Using knowledge of the market and competitors,

identify and develop the company's unique selling

propositions and differentiation.

 Build contacts with potential clients to create new

business opportunities

 Contacting potential clients via email, phone and

other mediums

 Contacting clients to inform them about new

developments in the company’s products

 Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing

necessary changes.


 Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and

address their needs effectively.

 Make cold calls for new business leads


Required Competencies


 Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or

similar.

 Must have experience in IT industry.

 Must possess strong customer service skills.

 Excellent written and verbal communication.

 Must have good negotiation skills.

 Must be able to create good presentations.

 Must be detail oriented and an active listener.

 Ability to work under pressure
