Key Responsibility
Familiarizing yourself with all products and
services offered by our company.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors,
identify and develop the company's unique selling
propositions and differentiation.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new
business opportunities
Contacting potential clients via email, phone and
other mediums
Contacting clients to inform them about new
developments in the company’s products
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing
necessary changes.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and
address their needs effectively.
Make cold calls for new business leads
Required Competencies
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or
similar.
Must have experience in IT industry.
Must possess strong customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Must have good negotiation skills.
Must be able to create good presentations.
Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
Ability to work under pressure
