Job Overview
The Scientific Sales Manager at JOGO Health Pvt Ltd will be based in Mumbai and is a full-time, junior-level position. The candidate will drive business growth in the digital healthcare industry by promoting innovative medical devices and pharmaceutical solutions, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and expanding JOGO’s presence within the healthcare sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and an in-depth understanding of medical devices and healthcare solutions.
- Strong pharma background (Mandatory skill), with demonstrated expertise in sales strategies specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts and engage a wide range of healthcare professionals.
- Ability to negotiate complex deals and contracts with hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders within the healthcare sector.
- Experience in generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and converting prospects into clients.
- Demonstrated skill in building lasting professional relationships and maintaining key client accounts in relevant industries.
- Organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities and dynamic sales pipelines efficiently.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and adaptability to rapidly evolving healthcare technologies and market environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for promoting JOGO’s digital EMG Biofeedback solutions in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
- Drive revenue growth through identification, development, and closure of new business opportunities in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, and purchasing stakeholders in the medical sector.
- Effectively present and demonstrate JOGO’s products to clients, addressing their needs and promoting unique product benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve assigned targets for lead generation, sales conversions, and account management within the territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches and value propositions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
