Job Overview
The Scientific Sales Manager (Junior Level) will be based in New Delhi and responsible for driving sales initiatives in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. This is a full-time role ideal for proactive individuals with strong industry knowledge and excellent sales acumen. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to promote JOGO's digital health solutions and ensure superior client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in Pharma (Mandatory skill) with a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards, products, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in scientific sales, showcasing an ability to effectively communicate complex clinical and product concepts to healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals, influence decision makers, and build long-term professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling clear presentation of technical information to diverse audiences in clinical and corporate settings.
- Background in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share among medical professionals and institutions.
- Experience or familiarity with medical devices, particularly digital health solutions, EMG biofeedback, and healthcare technology products.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple client accounts, projects, and scheduling priorities.
- Ability to collaborate across departments including marketing, clinical research, and product teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences and solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote JOGO’s digital health products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical stakeholders, focusing on expanding business opportunities in New Delhi.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, and decision makers to establish JOGO as a trusted partner in digital therapeutics.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and securing new accounts.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new growth opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients, ensuring successful integration of JOGO’s solutions in their clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement region-specific go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
- Represent JOGO at conferences, seminars, and scientific forums, and support opportunities for presenting research publications and case studies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback for management, helping to shape future development and market expansion strategies.
