Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, AHPs, Therapists, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and documentation
• Deliver a positive candidate experience

Key Skills:

• Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of healthcare roles and credentialing processes
