Primary Responsibilities

Patient Counselling

·      Conduct informal assessments, including interviews, and behavioural observations to gather comprehensive information from patients located in Bangalore and across the country for in-person and tele sessions.

·      Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to the patients treated in in-person and online sessions.

·      Conduct individual therapy sessions, facilitating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and assisting them.

·      Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians to provide integrated and coordinated care for the patients

·      Maintain patient records, documenting assessment findings, progress notes and relevant communications.

Patient Adherence

·      Address the patient concerns that interfere with adherence to prescribed treatment.

·      Adhere to legal & ethical guidelines regarding patient confidentiality and privacy, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

·      Work with patient care executives to analyze collected feedback and provide insights to management

·      Listen to call recordings and identify areas of improvement for the clinical team and patient care executives while communicating with the patients.

The welfare of staff

·      Conduct sessions for clinical and sales team to address job-related challenges.

·      Conduct sessions on relaxation and stress relief for all employees of JOGO.
