Primary Responsibilities

·      Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned healthcare projects within defined timelines and budgets.

·      Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Clinical, IT, Training, and Finance to ensure smooth project deployment.

·      Engage with hospitals, Rehabs, clinics, doctors, and partner organizations to manage expectations and deliver project outcomes.

·      Develop project plans, SOPs, timelines, resource allocation, and tracking dashboards.

·      Manage vendor and partner relationships, contracts and service-level agreements.

·      Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and present updates to management.

·      Document minutes of the meeting and circulate with the concerned stakeholders and follow up for closure.

·      Foster continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics and identifying efficiency opportunities.

·      Coordinate with concerned stakeholders and senior leadership team for weekly & monthly reports. 

📄 Required: Any Graduation, preferably from science background

📄Preferred: With MBA Healthcare

•        Familiar with project management tools.

•        Strong skill set in excel & PowerPoint.
