Primary Responsibilities
Patient Centricity
• Ensuring therapist availability for continuous patient care across JOGO hub, JAAS centres and Home Visits.
• Consistent scheduling of patient appointments without lag to ensure 100% adherence to treatment
• Patient assessment, midterm & discharge report with dropouts to be monitored consistently.
• Weekly reports including analysis, action plan and reviews to be shared with the leadership team and stakeholders.
• Drive the culture of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in accordance with JCI guidelines.
• Ensure patient delight through successful treatment outcomes, quality patient reports, patient data & patient confidentiality and patient experience.
People
• Ensure efficient use of therapist time and optimize productivity
• Liaise with Asst. Leads, Leads, Sales & PCE to achieve organizational KPI’s
Patient Records Management
• Compliance of the clinical team in feeding accurate patient records within the allotted time frames.
• Validation and reconciliation of patient data on a daily basis
Strategy & Collaboration
• Develop, Drive and Deliver operational strategies through.
a) Digital transformation
b) Quality initiative
c) Partnering with insurance providers
• Key JAAS review to be conducted along with the concerned management & the deployed therapist once in 45 days.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline various processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
