  • Experience with CRM software for managing customer interactions, sales tracking, and fostering relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce to execute strategic sales plans and monitor sales data efficiently.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and their application in enhancing sales processes and client engagement.
  • FMCG experienced preferred (Mandatory skill) for understanding dynamics and consumer behavior within the industry.
  • Strong relationship building skills to develop long-lasting business alliances and retain key clients.
  • Competent interpretation skill to accurately understand clients' needs and propose suitable solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients through strategic networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to maintain updated records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with digital marketing initiatives for enhanced outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to effectively position our services and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features distinctly.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring profitable terms and conditions that align with company policies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to management, providing insights into performance metrics and progress.
