Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support in managing executive schedules, including coordinating appointments and organizing meetings.
- Assist in facilitating effective communication by handling emails, drafting memos, and preparing reports for management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, ensuring cost-effective and timely booking of flights and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records both electronically and physically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Act as a liaison between the executives and other teams, ensuring consistent communication and information flow.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks and deadlines, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
- Prepare and edit presentations, documents, and reports to support various business initiatives and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring data protection and privacy at all times.
