- Qualifications and SkillsMust possess a valid nursing degree from a recognized institution with relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience in clinical or hospital settings is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus for functioning in multicultural environments.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminologies and patient care procedures is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Must have valid licenses and eligibility to practice nursing abroad, with a readiness to relocate.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide thorough patient care in accordance with international healthcare standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to create and implement effective care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in health status to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians following hospital guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of surgical procedures, operating under the guidance of senior medical staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to offer a comprehensive and integrated healthcare experience for patients.
