Overall responsibility for the execution and effectiveness of the maintenance program

Execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities

Keep up-to-date records for each piece of equipment, including maintenance history and performance data

Conducting regular safety audits and training programs

Supervising & coordinating all site activities including planning, scheduling, monitoring & timely execution of erection of electrical, mechanical & civil related works at the site

Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance

Developing maintenance schedules and troubleshooting guides for the machinery

Ensuring all the statutory requirements are complied

Management of spare parts inventory

Identify critical spare parts, critical machineries, and maintain its supplier contact information

Coordination with Purchase Manager for critical spare parts procurement

Timely renewal of all AMCs and coordination of its execution

Evaluate and integrate advanced maintenance technologies, such as predictive maintenance tools.
