Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in PLC programming to develop, test, and maintain automated control systems ensuring efficient industrial operations.
• Experience with motor controls and the ability to troubleshoot and repair related issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical schematics to accurately analyze and resolve electrical system issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated expertise in VFD installation and troubleshooting for optimizing motor speed and enhancing system performance.
• Hands-on experience in facility electrical maintenance ensuring the safety and efficiency of all electrical systems and equipment.
• Skilled in conduit bending and running to support safe and organized installation of electrical wiring and systems.
• Understanding of industrial automation systems for integrating advanced technologies enhancing operational workflows.
• Adherence to NFPA 70E compliance ensuring the workplace meets the recognized standards for electrical safety.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure reliable operation of industrial facilities.
• Design and implement electrical control systems including PLC programming and custom automation solutions.
