  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions simultaneously and efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and support performance improvement plans.
  • Manage employee engagement activities that promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote fair employment practices.
