Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and protocols for cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high levels of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Coordinate housekeeping tasks effectively, streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and productivity of the team.
  • Train and onboard new housekeeping staff, fostering their development to deliver superior quality service consistently.
  • Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed, maintaining stock levels and reducing unnecessary expenditure.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotation assignments to maximize team efficiency and coverage.
  • Address and resolve client complaints related to housekeeping services promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance housekeeping policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
