  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate different work shifts and any last-minute changes as required by the job demands.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas and rooms.
  • Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure the proper setup of guest areas to deliver a high-quality, welcoming experience.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to ensure the continued integrity and appearance of facilities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of storage spaces, ensuring cleaning equipment is organized and supplies are replenished.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and sanitization protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Efficiently respond to guest requests and inquiries, providing courteous service and ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
  • Liaise with other housekeeping staff to ensure a coordinated approach to cleanliness and problem-solving.
  • Document and log daily cleaning tasks, incidents, and guest interactions to maintain accurate records for review and reporting.
