- Two wheeler must (Mandatory skill) for fulfilling delivery tasks efficiently and ensuring timely deliveries across the designated region.
- Proficient in using navigation apps to locate delivery addresses and the most efficient routes for timely service.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize deliveries and adhere to customer schedules and expectations.
- Customer service skills for interacting politely with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with delivery services.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge for minor repairs and regular upkeep to ensure vehicle reliability and operational efficiency.
- Comfortable with smartphone use for receiving and updating order information and communication purposes.
- Ability to optimize routes to minimize travel time and enhance delivery efficiency while maintaining a high level of service.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges or delivery obstacles effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
