- Proficiency in makeup application techniques to enhance or alter the appearance of clients as per their preferences and event requirements.
- Experienced in hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and arranging hair for different occasions and personal preferences of clients.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of skin care products and treatments to provide appropriate facial treatments tailored to client needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills to build a rapport with clients and address their needs and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Experienced in performing manicures and pedicures, including nail art and health treatments, ensuring client relaxation and satisfaction.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with the team, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Strong knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with up-to-date advice and services.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills to understand client requirements and deliver outstanding services consistently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive beauty consultations and services to clients, including but not limited to makeup, hair styling, and skin care treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all instruments and tools are sterilized and stored properly.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to continuously develop skills and offer innovative services to clients.
- Upsell and recommend beauty products and treatments to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.
- Foster a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients, addressing their needs and providing a high level of customer care.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to plan and execute beauty-related events and promotions onboard the ship.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect both clients and staff from potential hazards in the workplace.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized beauty solutions to meet their unique requirements.
