Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of continental dishes as per the menu specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage orders efficiently, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
  • Assist in designing new menu items and specials to update the culinary offerings in line with customer preferences and trends.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations during and after service hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and manage food waste to optimize operations.
  • Follow and enforce sanitation and safety standards in line with the company's policies and regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Address any customer feedback or concerns related to the food quality and adjust recipes as needed.
