- Experience with SolidWorks and VCarve Pro is essential for designing and modifying precise wood cutting plans.
- Skilled in using CAM software for programming CNC machines, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
- Familiarity with woodworking machinery operations to conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting effectively.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints, applying them to execute precise woodworking projects.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues during the CNC operation process.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized to ensure consistent quality and precision in all produced woodwork components.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC woodworking machines, ensuring high precision and quality in all cutting operations.
- Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software to produce components according to specifications.
- Interpret and execute detailed technical drawings and blueprints for various woodworking projects.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure machines run efficiently.
- Monitor the production process, making necessary adjustments to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and implement innovative solutions in manufacturing processes.
- Document processes and production results to contribute to continuous improvement and record keeping.
